Chemical Analysis and Adjustment
- Every visit: free chlorine, pH
- Weekly:combined chlorine, total alkalinity (TA)
- Twice a month: cyanuric acid (CYA),
salt level (for saltwater pools) - Periodic monitoring: calcium hardness (CH), TDS, and ORP
Mechanical Cleaning
- Pool surface cleaning: vacuuming the floor, scrubbing walls
- Debris removal: skimming surface and overflow grates
- System element cleaning: skimmer baskets, pump prefilter
- Component maintenance: cleaning check valves
- Keeping the pump room clean
Equipment Monitoring and Maintenance

Chemicals included in the package do not cover non-standard situations, including abnormal weather conditions (heavy rains, floods, muddy runoff), as well as other sudden deterioration in water quality requiring unscheduled recovery measures.
Additional chemical costs may be required when filling with new / fresh water.
Work not related to regular maintenance (including repairs, replacement of equipment and components, deep cleaning, and restoration work) is charged separately.
